My experience working with First Residential was great overall, especially as a first-time homebuyer. The process wasn’t always easy, and there were definitely moments where things got stressful, but the team stayed in communication with me and helped guide me through everything step by step.My loan officer worked hard to get my loan approved, even when challenges came up during underwriting. I really appreciate the effort that was put in to make sure everything came together in the end.Closing day had a few last-minute hiccups, but everything was handled quickly and professionally, and I was still able to close on my home.I’m thankful for the opportunity and would recommend First Residential to others, especially if you’re willing to stay patient and work through the process.
